请教各位：1.脉动真空灭菌柜上面的空气过滤器的完整性测试可以用扩散流的方法吗？
2.扩散流的检测方法适用于什么类型的空气过滤器？

现在的空气过滤器一般都用水侵入法，扩散流用于亲水性滤芯多点

水侵入法是不是得用专用的设备来做啊？就像气泡点测试得用气泡点测试仪检测啊？

The hydrophobic filters typically used for gas filtration can be integrity tested using bubble-point（起泡点）, diffusive-flow（扩散流，对于亲水的多一些）, and pressure-hold tests（保压实验） that use a liquid of low surface tension to completely wet the pore structure of the filter membrane. Additionally, integrity testing can be performed by measuring the membrane’s resistance to wetting with water as a function of pressure. Water intrusion testing （水侵入法）is an example of this type of integrity testing.
