从“瘀”论述蚓激酶疗效的研究进展 韩兆鹏 1 薛 征 2 （1 山西中医药大学，太原，030024；2 上海中医药大学附属市中医医院，上海，200071） 摘要 地龙有清热定惊、活血祛瘀、通络平喘利尿等功效，用于治疗“瘀”证。蚓激酶是地龙 主要的活性成分，具有抗凝溶栓、抗纤维化、抗肿瘤、抗炎及抗氧化等作用。纳米负载蚓激 酶颗粒作为可靶向溶栓可达到“精准化瘀”。本文从“瘀”出发，阐述蚓激酶在“有形之瘀”和“无 形之瘀”的应用及研究进展，为蚓激酶临床应用和新药研制提供参考。 关键词 蚯蚓；地龙；瘀；有形之瘀；无形之瘀；活血化瘀；治疗作用；综述 Discussing the research progress of lumbrokinase's therapeutic effect from "stasis" Han Zhaopeng 1 Xue Zheng 2 1.
