USP61(微生物限度检查)Test each batch of ready-prepared medium and each batch of medium prepared either from dehydrated medium or from
the ingredients described.
Inoculate portions/plates of Soybean–Casein Digest Broth and Soybean–Casein Digest Agar with a small number (not more
than 100 cfu) of the microorganisms indicated in Table 1, using a separate portion/plate of medium for each. Inoculate plates
of Sabouraud Dextrose Agar with a small number (not more than 100 cfu) of the microorganisms indicated in Table 1, using a
separate plate of medium for each. Incubate according to the conditions described in Table 1.
For solid media, growth obtained must not differ by a factor greater than 2 from the calculated value for a standardized
inoculum. For a freshly prepared inoculum, growth of the microorganisms comparable to that previously obtained with a
previously tested and approved batch of medium occurs. Liquid media are suitable if clearly visible growth of the microorganisms

对于固体培养基，获得的生长量与标准化接种物的计算值之比不得超过 2 倍。对于新制备的接种物，微生物的生长情况应与之前使用经过测试和批准的培养基批次所获得的结果相当。如果液体培养基中微生物的生长情况与之前使用经过测试和批准的培养基批次所获得的结果相当且清晰可见，则该液体培养基是合适的。

你加的是同一支菌吗？你菌放太久数量会不会减少？就算是同一批次的定量菌株，你也做不到都一样，只要不是同一支，你就不能下合格结论

冷知识，成品培养基生产厂家很多可以提供适用性报告，自己不用做啦。
当然，这种行为，食品一直是认可的。
不知道 2025药典正式稿认可这种行为不？

25版不认可，要进厂自己再做适用性
