Procedure
Sample solution: Sample solution described in Assay.
Dilution: 0.5mol/L of sodium acetate solution, pH 7.0 (adjusted with glacial acetic acid), and acetonitrile, 6V:1V.
Standard solution: Dilute xxmL of Sample solution to yymL with Dilution.
System suitability solution: Accurately transfer 1mL of Standard solution to a 10mL of measuring flask and dilute to the volume with Dilution, mix.
System suitability requirements: Inject 1mL of System suitability solution into the chromatograph. The S/N should be more than 10.
Analysis: Separately inject 1mL of Sample solution and Standard solution respectively into the chromatograph at -5℃. Record the chromatograms. Calculate percentage of impurities in the portion of XXX with self-contrasted method
