对照进几针

药厂检测样品中主要成分的含量，对照应该怎么进？？？进几针？？有什么依据吗？？？

我不是QC的，但是某次检查陪同时检查员说：3针，此后走3、4针样品后要加一针标准品。

Replicate injections of a standard preparation or other standard solutions are compared to ascertain whether requirements for precision are met. Unless otherwise specified in the individual monograph, data from five replicate injections of the analyte are used to calculate the relative standard deviation, %RSD, if the requirement is 2.0% or less;
data from six replicate injections are used if the relative standard deviation requirement is more than 2.0%.
  标准制备液或标准溶液的重复进样是为了进行比较，以确定是否满足精度要求。除非在各论中另有规定，一般如果相对标准偏差要求≤2.0%，则应对分析物重复进样5次来计算相对标准偏差；如果相对标准偏差要求＞2.0%，则应对分析物重复进样6次来计算相对标准偏差。
这个是之前在USP36中专论621-色谱法中系统适用性中提到的。我们公司对照品一般进样4针，不平则继续进。

你这么说我感觉很不好意思的，因为我没做过检验，只是做质量体系的，只是在完善公司药品注册资料中关于色谱方法学资料时顺带看了一下USP，正好看到了该部分内容。

如果是小试处方前研发阶段，对照进2-3针也是可以的。如果是正式处方工艺研发及成品放行，那还是按照USP<621>执行吧
