【摘要】在后基因组时代,蛋白质组学逐渐成为科学家研究的热点学科。它从整体水平对蛋白质进行分析,并逐渐被应用于医学研究的不同领域。在药学范畴内,它针对药物作用靶点的识别与验证,药物耐药机制的探索,药物毒理学研究,分子药理模型的构建等进行研究,在药物研究方面已显示出巨大的潜力。

【Abstract】Proteomics has become a hot spot in the post2genomic era , by which proteins are analyzed as a whole. Currently , it has been used in a wide variety of fields of medical sciences. A case in point is its application in pharmaceutical research , such as the identification or validation of drug targets , study of resistance mechanisms and drug toxicity , construction of molecule pharmacological model and so on. It promises to be a powerful tool for drug researches.

这的确是一个有价值的研究方向。虽然研究中药不能对西方的研究方法来完全取代中药的研究，但有一点是肯定的，集约式的博采众长可以有利于中药的研究。比如，某中药最近发现的一种活性成分，从蛋白质组学来验证，它的作用在于激活并加强了蛋白酶对新的活性物的活性。从这一点来说，也许是一个佐证。
