查了一下资料,除了方法严谨性外,还可以从其他的角度来进行解释:
1)首先BCA法的原理决定了这只是个间接定量的方法;
2)其次糖基化等也会影响到检测的响应值;
3)不同蛋白的响应值会有差异。
